David Price is looking good through 5.. his velocity still isn’t back but he’s starting to get better feel for his slider. I’m guessing he’s working through arm fatigue and has been for a month or two now and you have to wonder if the Rays need to back off on him some?
More later.. maybe Saturday.. as I need to continue to work on cleaning the Pirates rot off this place as well as to upgrade the blog’s software.

If not, you weren’t much of a fan afterall to give up when the Pirates are finally doing a more complete rebuild (which you’ve been suggesting for quite a while now). Real fans don’t change teams even after 17 years of losing.

But for me this is the time they need the educated fans, the REAL fan support. The fireworks seeing, concert going, bobblehead night fans are gone with these trades but we know better.

can u blame Jake….get a life folks..I grew up in the Burgh..Greentree..diehard Steelers, pens, and former Bucs fan.. we were told PNC Park was needed to keep our best players- the ARAM giveaway proved that to be a joke.. this firesale is a slap to all Pirates fans including myseft- Full season ticket holder from 84-2004…At what point do u try to win. adding pieces to the puzzle…but that would require adding money.. And Bob Nutting will have none of that.
